I’m an Egyptian American entrepreneur with a lifelong passion for hospitality and authentic flavors. Throughout my career in the service industry, I noticed something missing — the real, soulful taste of Egypt. You could find cuisines from all over the world, but not the food my grandmothers made — dishes that carry the heart and history of Egyptian culture.
What began as a longing became a mission: to share the flavors of my heritage with the world. I traveled across Egypt, listening to stories and collecting heirloom recipes passed down through generations. These are not modern twists — they’re the authentic, time-honored dishes prepared the same way Egyptian families have done for centuries.
